Raw Selection are a globally-focused executive search firm, who specialise in the hiring of C-Level talent for Private Equity and Venture Capital organisations and their portfolio businesses. After a series of meetings with Alex Rawlings, the founder, to discuss the brief for a website and his key requirements, we established that we needed to build a web presence with the sleek professionalism that would appeal to corporate clients – but avoiding looking like (in Alex’s words!) ‘just another recruitment agency’ and bringing across Alex’s desire to innovate in his sector within the design.
The result was a responsive website with dedicated landing pages for all of Alex’s core services. The SEO optimisation that comes as part of my core design package has helped build a solid base for generating new enquiries, and Alex has had several new clients not just for his core headhunting service, but also for innovations in the ‘Raw Store’ for products showcasing his recruitment expertise, varying from Professional CV Editing and LinkedIn Profile Optimisation, to a full-scale coaching service.
